Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for clients.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and serve as the local face for TurboTax, leveraging Intuit tools to help clients achieve their financial goals and secure

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trusted guidance and follow-up.
