Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support customers with software and complex tax scenarios while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You will also act as a community ambassador to grow TurboTax’s local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
• Present a local, professional face for TurboTax in the community.
