Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized advice, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end client experiences. You will grow your local client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit tools to expand your business while maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and permit use of name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Develop deep understanding of clients’ complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships; organize and lead local events.
• Ensure every client leaves with a clear path and access to Intuit resources for year-round support.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and tax-related challenges.
