Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering personal and business tax expertise and building lasting client relationships.

You will handle full-service tax return preparation, provide planning advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local market growth, and a high level of client service, with hours aligned to tax season.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid 1040 tax return experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Support local growth through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with broader team for complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
