Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, acting as a trusted advisor within the Intuit ecosystem.

As a Local Service Expert, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, foster community relationships, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a seamless end-to-end client

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040s) using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base, acting as a community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via video tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and comply with Intuit policies and branding.
