Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists to cover business income, deductions, and planning.

You will build local relationships, attract clients, and leverage Intuit marketing to grow your practice while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
