Job summary

Intuit is seeking talented TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
3+ years of paid returns (federal/state) filed per tax season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
