Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will build local client bases, provide in-person and virtual support, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising materials.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support clients with both in-person and virtual services using Intuit tools.
