Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists, absorbing client context to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base, leverage marketing tools, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri for ≥20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as needed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist via in-person and video interactions.
