Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses, coordinating with specialists to provide end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local face of TurboTax and leveraging marketing tools to build relationships and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation expertise preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with local and remote specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
