Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of multimedia account executives.
• Spend substantial time in the market meeting with clients, prospecting, and supporting account executives.
• Help the team reach monthly revenue and new-business goals.
• Coach account executives through field visits, pipeline reviews, and sales planning.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and community involvement.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and offering advertising solutions.
• Create client proposals, presentations, sales strategies, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Support CRM usage, pipeline management, forecasting, and timely follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
• Step into open territories or accounts as needed.
