Job summary

Thryv is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative to grow its SaaS footprint in the local business market. You’ll build your own pipeline from scratch through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting, and you’ll manage a book of business including existing Thryv clients.

The role requires 3+ years of direct SaaS sales, outbound selling, and strong communication. You’ll spend over 50% of your time outside the home office, living local to the posting city, and you’ll work

Qualifications

3+ years of direct sales experience (preferably SaaS)
2+ years’ outbound sales (full sales cycle)
Industry knowledge of Thryv product suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Valid driver’s license and local commute within 1 hour

Responsibilities

Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market
Build pipeline from scratch through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
Add current Thryv clients to book of business for growth opportunities
Prospect and qualify new business within assigned territory
Execute defined operational processes and requirements
Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed
