The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and compliance, with a base hourly rate plus incentives. Experience in insurance sales is a plus, licensing required within 90 days.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales or insurance
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company
• Ability to generate and maintain a local sales pipeline and build relationships in the community

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to support growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support local sales and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
