Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and building lasting relationships with local customers. The role blends in-person and phone sales across communities, with a base hourly rate and uncapped incentives.

You will develop a local pipeline, engage prospects, and collaborate on sales and local marketing initiatives. The position offers a strong training program and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days.
• Strong sales and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards and customer experience expectations.
