Village Media is seeking a high-energy Digital Media Account Executive & Community Lead for Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, or Sheboygan, WI. You will drive outbound sales and be the local face of our brand, connecting businesses with digital advertising solutions and community initiatives.

The role blends top‑line prospecting with community ambassadorship, requiring a strong local network, excellent communication, and ability to manage campaigns with support from our ad operations team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, print/radio sales, or SaaS preferred).
• Proven prospecting, cold calling, needs analyses, and closing new business.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the Northeastern/East-Central Wisconsin business ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-call, and consult with local SMBs and organizations to generate revenue.
• Present digital advertising, sponsorships, content marketing, and directory packages.
• Represent Village Media at local events and build community partnerships.
