Job summary

Village Media seeks a high-energy in-market Account Executive & Community Lead to drive outbound B2B digital advertising sales across Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Sheboygan. You will balance 70% outbound prospecting with 30% community engagement, serving as the local face of the brand and building lasting partnerships.

You will work with an in-market team to close deals, grow the customer base, and represent Village Media at local events, while leveraging our centralized ad ops

Qualifications

2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience in digital advertising, media sales, or SaaS preferred.
Proven prospecting, cold calling, needs analyses, and closing skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with the business ecosystem of Northeastern/East-Central Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Lead outbound B2B media sales (70%) by prospecting, cold-calling, and presenting digital advertising packages.
Act as the local face of Village Media in the community through chamber events and partnerships.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
Coordinate with centralized ad ops for campaign setup and fulfillment.
