Village Media is seeking a Digital Media Account Executive & Community Lead to service Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh and Sheboygan. You will drive outbound B2B sales and act as the local brand ambassador, connecting businesses with high-impact digital advertising solutions.

The role blends sales leadership with community engagement, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, needs analyses and closing new business.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Northeastern/East-Central Wisconsin business ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Outbound B2B sales (70%): prospect, cold-call, present digital advertising and sponsorship packages, build a robust sales pipeline.
• Community Ambassadorship (30%): represent Village Media at local events and drive neighborhood engagement.
• Maintain client relationships to drive renewals and partnerships.
