Job summary

Village Media is launching in East-Central Wisconsin and seeks a high-energy Digital Media Account Executive & Community Lead in Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, or Sheboygan. You will drive outbound B2B digital advertising sales and serve as the local face of the brand within the community.

This full-time role offers a base of $65,000 plus a $12,000 guaranteed first-year draw and uncapped commission that can push you toward an OTE of $85,000–$115,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, SaaS preferred).
• Proven prospecting and cold-calling abilities with a track record of closing new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Outbound B2B sales (70%): prospect, cold-call, consult with local SMBs and organizations.
• Present tailored digital advertising packages and sponsorships.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet revenue quotas.
• Community Ambassadorship (30%): engage with chamber meetings, mixers, and events.
• Foster long-term client relationships for renewals and partnerships.
• Travel within the territory for client visits and events.
