Village Media is hiring an in-market Account Executive & Community Lead in Wisconsin. You will drive outbound B2B sales, present digital advertising packages, and build relationships with local businesses.

You’ll also engage with the community, attend chamber events, and support partnership opportunities. The role requires travel within Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Sheboygan markets, with a hybrid schedule and a base salary of $65,000 plus a tiered commission plan and a $12,000 year-one

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, or SaaS preferred).
• Strong prospecting, needs analysis, and closing skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; familiarity with local Wisconsin business ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Outbound sales activities (70%): prospect, cold-call, present packages, build a robust pipeline to meet quotas.
• Community ambassadorship (30%): represent Village Media at local events, cultivate partnerships and renewals.
• Coordinate with centralized ad operations for setup and fulfillment, focusing on revenue growth.
