Village Media is seeking a high-energy Digital Media Account Executive & Community Lead for Appleton and surrounding markets. You will drive outbound B2B sales, connect local businesses with digital advertising solutions, and serve as the brand’s local face in the community.

The role blends sales execution with community leadership, requiring travel within the territory and a strong understanding of the local business ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (digital advertising, media sales, print/radio sales, or SaaS preferred).
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, needs analyses, and closing new business.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
• Familiarity with Northeastern/East-Central Wisconsin business/civic environment.

Responsabilités

• Outbound B2B Media Sales (70%): Prospect, cold-call, and consult with local businesses; present digital advertising, newsletter sponsorships, content marketing, and listing packages; build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet quotas.
• Community Ambassadorship & Engagement (30%): Represent Village Media at local chamber meetings and community events; coordinate civic programs to support residents; cultivate client relationships for renewals and partnerships.
