Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales through applications and terms explanations.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments or payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax prep.
• Process payments and update accounts; maintain compliant records.
• Balance cash and conduct bank runs; follow policies and training.
