Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our on-site Alabama location. You will build customer relationships, process payments, promote financial solutions, and support loan production in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes cash handling, administrative duties, and daily point-of-sale activities. A high school diploma is required, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including deposits.
