OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in the United States to listen to customers and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. On-site role with a schedule Mon-Fri, with some extended hours including Saturdays.

You will develop connections, manage loan lifecycles (including collections), meet branch goals, and educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products. Bilingual Spanish preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and branch-goal results.
• Develop connections and present tailored loan solutions to customers.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Exhibit drive to succeed and educate customers on loan options.
• Explain optional insurance products clearly.
