OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in the United States. The role emphasizes listening to customer needs and offering access to affordable financing, with a track record of rewarding development and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing the loan lifecycle, meeting branch goals, and providing excellent service across multiple channels. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with some extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
