Responsibilities include managing loan life cycles, engaging customers across channels, and educating on insurance options. On-site schedule typically Monday–Friday with possible extended hours and some Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
