Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to hit branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout loan processes.
• Manage life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
