You will engage customers through multiple channels, present tailored loan options, and support the loan life cycle from origination to repayment while complying with regulations. A HS diploma and customer service orientation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results related to personal and branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and present tailored loan solutions throughout the process.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws.

• Demonstrate drive to achieve and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
