Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer connections, presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
