Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring understanding of loans and options.
