World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and serve customers in person. The role requires daily outbound calls, high-volume collections, and closings, with performance-based earnings and advancement opportunities.

You must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment terms.
• Contact approved/pending/former borrowers to drive loan volume and upsell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents; document all activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and send timely credit denial letters and tax docs.
• Handle cash and perform bank runs to deliver deposits.
• Follow company policies and complete required training; meet sales/collections/tax targets.
