World Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and provide tax services. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments and update account information in company systems.
• Balance cash and complete required bank runs to deliver deposits.
