Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Loader to assist customers, support Pro and Garden Center loading operations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will use power equipment safely, replenish stock, and maintain clean, organized work areas to deliver a good shopping experience. This role requires basic computer and retail tech experience, with opportunities for training and advancement along with Lowe’s benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise and loading.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs.
• Pull and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise when needed.
• Identify safety hazards and report them to management.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques.
• Support large order fulfillment with accuracy.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
