Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Loader to support Pro and Garden Center operations in our store. You will assist customers with loading, staging, and order fulfillment while upholding Lowe’s safety standards and policies.

Responsibilities include helping customers, loading vehicles, and ensuring accurate order preparation. You will use store technology and equipment safely, contribute to a clean, organized store, and participate in required training to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to operate loading equipment safely.
• Ability to follow Lowe’s policies and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance needs.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment with accuracy and quality.
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs.
• Completes required power equipment and spotter training to support safe loading practices.
