Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for Loader roles to support customers and contractors in our store. Responsibilities include loading merchandise, assisting with order fulfillment, and maintaining stock with safe operations.

The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with store tech, plus adherence to Lowe's safety policies. As a Loader, you will engage with customers, help load vehicles, and coordinate with Pro and Garden Center areas to ensure efficient service and accurate order

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate store equipment safely and according to role
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed
• Assist with large order fulfillment and Pro/Garden Center loading
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs
• Ensure orders are loaded accurately while maintaining product quality and safety
