Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to assist customers, load merchandise, and support Pro and Garden Center operations in-store. You will use power equipment safely to move, stage, and load items while ensuring product quality and accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires basic computer and retail technology experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience including data entry and retrieval.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size and fulfillment needs.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and report to management or Asset Protection.
• Operate store equipment as needed by role and department.
