Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loader to support in-store operations in our hardware and garden centers. You will assist customers, help locate and load merchandise, and contribute to accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety standards.

In this role, you’ll use store technology, stock merchandise, and work closely with Pro and Garden Center teams to ensure swift, reliable service for customers and contractors alike.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders.
• Operate store equipment safely and report hazards.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality.
• Keep work areas clean and safe in-store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
