Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loader to support store operations, Pro Desk activities, and Garden Center pickups. You will assist customers, load vehicles, and coordinate order fulfillment with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities emphasize safe use of power equipment, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent customer service while helping customers locate, select, and load merchandise for both small and large orders.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with a computer and data entry.
• 6 months experience using retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service and follows Lowe’s policies.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Loads customer vehicles with proper techniques based on order size and weight.
