Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Loader to support customer service, order loading, and in-store fulfillment. You will assist customers, load vehicles, stage orders, and maintain safety and accuracy across Pro and Garden Center areas.

Responsibilities emphasize safe equipment use, accurate loading, and proactive assistance to Pro customers and general shoppers, with opportunities to grow within a large national retailer.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
