Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise as needed
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns
• Communicate stock and product information to customers and employees
• Complete loading tasks for Pro and Garden Center areas with correct techniques
