Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking team-minded associates to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with merchandise loading, and support checkout and order fulfilment.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, handling loading duties for Pro and Garden Center areas and ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks. Experience with basic computer use and retail technology is required, with opportunities for growth and loss prevention awareness.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or equivalent
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance tasks.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure safe, proper use of store equipment and tools.
• Maintain in-stock conditions through stocking activities.
• Assist with large orders and maintain product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas and assist with loading customer vehicles.
