Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring Loader roles to assist customers, load and stage merchandise, and support the Pro Desk and Garden Center. You will handle large orders, operate power equipment, and ensure safe, accurate loading while keeping stock levels aligned with store needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification, or output of information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
