Job summary

Performance Food Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Loader Formula to support our warehouse operations. You will transport items into trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, following a predetermined loading plan and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires the ability to stand and lift 10–90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and pass a background check and drug screen. OT may be required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and repeatedly lift 10–90 lbs.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand per loading plan.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock and secure loads.
• Inspect pallets and packaging; keep work area clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and company guidelines; complete paperwork as required.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support operations.
