Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring a Loader, Non-Formula to move goods within our distribution network. You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts to load items into trailers and maintain safe, efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include pallet handling, securing loads, routine inspections, and keeping the dock area clean. Minimum 6 months in a warehouse setting and ability to lift up to 90 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Load items into trailers using forklift or pallet jack per plan.
• Transport pallets to loading dock and secure loads.
• Wrap pallets and apply labels as needed.
• Inspect trailers and keep work area clean and safe.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
