Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Loader Formula to support our warehouse operations. You will transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand, ensuring correct sequencing and secure loads.

Responsibilities include locating trailer slots, removing pallets, inspecting pallets for damage, maintaining clean work areas, and following all safety policies to meet productivity and quality standards. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to lift up to 60–90 pounds and work in multi‑temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer with forklift, pallet jack or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Locates the proper slot on the trailer and secures the load.
• Removes empty pallets and inspects for damage; moves pallets to storage as required.
• Performs general housekeeping and keeps areas clean and safe.
• Follows safety policies and completes required paperwork at shift end.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
