Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader Formula to move outbound freight in Temple, TX. You will use forklifts or pallet jacks to build and secure pallets, stack loads, and stage shipments in a safe, organized manner.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality standards, and teamwork across the distribution floor. Candidates should be able to lift 10–90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly and work overtime.
• Ability to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Prepare pallets of outgoing freight and secure loads for shipping.
• Locate trailer slots and secure loads, inspect pallets for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the loading dock area.
• Complete paperwork and assist teammates as needed.
