Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution is seeking a Loader Formula to support the efficient flow of products through our distribution process. You will transport items into trailers using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts or by hand, ensuring loads are secure and correctly labeled.

The role requires attention to safety, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and readiness for overtime. Training and a clear progression path are provided within a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly (10–35 lbs, up to 60–90 lbs).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into trailers using forklift, pallet jack or by hand.
• Move pallets from staging to loading dock and secure loads.
• Wrap pallets with cellophane and ensure shipping labels are in place.
• Inspect pallets and maintain clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment.
