Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support our warehouse operations. You will transport goods into trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks, prepare pallets for shipping, and help maintain quality and safety standards across the distribution process.

As a foundational team member, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate loading sequences, proper labeling, and efficient flow of product through the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Able to lift up to 60–90 lbs and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets and secure loads with labels in place.
• Locate trailer slots and secure loads upon completion.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
