Job summary

Forbes Travel Guide seeks a hands-on Learning Technology and Data Specialist to connect the LMS to the broader tech stack, automate data flows, and deliver clear insights for a global audience.

Collaborating with the LMS Administrator and Instructional Designer, you will ensure reporting accuracy, develop dashboards, and maintain data quality across systems as we scale our learning ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in learning technologies, data or BI, systems analysis, or adjacent technical roles.
• Hands on experience with LMS administration and integrations, Docebo experience a plus, and proctoring or assessment tools such as Honorlock or similar.
• Proficiency with APIs, REST, JSON, and basic scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript, or no or low code automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of SSO, IdP, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
• Strong data modeling and BI skills; Power BI and Excel advanced; SQL for data prep.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of LMS integrations (HRIS, CRM, SSO, IdP, proctoring, assessment, content libraries).
• Build and maintain API connections and data syncs; create runbooks and incident guides.
• Design robust data models and pipelines; develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Automate user provisioning, enrollments, tagging, certificates, and credits using RPA or low-code tools.
• Manage release testing, UAT coordination, and phased rollouts.
• Serve as technical contact with LMS vendors (Honorlock, others) and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide admin training via SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides.
