Horizontal Talent is seeking an LMS/LXP support specialist to help deliver engaging learning experiences across a dynamic enterprise environment. You will test content, manage uploads, configure metadata, and support cross-functional programs.

This role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and user guidance as part of a collaborative team. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and a 4-week application window.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a learning management system (LMS) and/or learning experience platform (LXP).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and content management.
• Ability to troubleshoot eLearning modules and digital learning content.
• Comfort working with learning administration tasks such as course uploads, curricula, and assignments.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot digital learning content to ensure courses function properly across platforms.
• Upload, configure, and maintain learning content in the LMS with accurate metadata and version control.
• Build and manage curricula, learning paths, journeys, and channels aligned with business and learning goals.
• Create and maintain course assignments and assignment groups for compliance and development programs.
• Collaborate with learning consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to support timely program delivery.
• Provide guidance to end users and stakeholders on LMS and LXP tools, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the learner experience.
• Track cases, assignments, and supporting documentation to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Support audits and data requests with organized and timely documentation.
