This position focuses on supporting an LMS and LXP, improving learning operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure learners and stakeholders have a smooth, reliable experience.
Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot digital learning content to help ensure courses function properly across platforms.
- Upload, configure, and maintain learning content in the LMS with accurate metadata and version control.
- Build and manage curricula, learning paths, journeys, and channels that align with business and learning goals.
- Create and maintain course assignments and assignment groups that support compliance and development programs.
- Collaborate with learning consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers to support timely program delivery.
- Provide guidance to end users and stakeholders on LMS and LXP tools, processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the learner experience.
- Track cases, assignments, and supporting documentation accurately to help maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Support audits and data requests with organized and timely documentation.
Skills
- Experience supporting a learning management system (LMS) and/or learning experience platform (LXP).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and content management.
- Ability to troubleshoot eLearning modules and digital learning content.
- Comfort working with learning administration tasks such as course uploads, curricula, and assignments.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to follow procedures, controls, and workflow requirements consistently.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and maintaining supporting records and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting digital learning operations in a large or complex organization.
- Familiarity with learning content deployment, metadata management, and version tracking.
- Exposure to process improvement, automation, or learner experience enhancements.
- Experience partnering with instructional design or learning program teams.
- Ability to identify issues and communicate potential solutions through the appropriate channels.
